Job Title: Technician - Mitigation Department

About the Role:

Join our team to assist with emergency mitigation work at commercial properties. Full-time, 40 hrs/week.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency losses Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup

Inspect damage and set up drying equipment

Monitor temperatures and humidity using detection tools

Remove damaged materials (flooring, drywall, cabinets, furniture)

Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

3+ years construction experience

3+ years customer service or similar

Ability to follow directions and take initiative

Clean driving record

Tech-savvy

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 7:00 am-3:30/4:00 pm

On-call: 1 night/week + 1 weekend every 4 weeks (extra incentives)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
