Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hour with weekly pay on Friday's

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

What's a typical day as a Virtual Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Managing Client Review Workflows from start to completion using detailed templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Updating and organizing client data within systems such as WealthBox CRM, Box, Asset Map, and more.

Linking, verifying, and syncing data between financial systems to maintain accuracy at both the client and household levels.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have proven experience in administrative support, client service, or data management roles, preferably in the financial industry.

Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step workflows with consistency.

Are proficient with cloud-based tools such as Box, CRM systems (e.g., WealthBox, Salesforce), and Excel/Google Sheets.
