It's a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Job SummaryThe Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Quality and Service Departments with a strong focus on purchase orders and financial tracking. They will also assist the Service and Quality Departments with day-to-day responsibilities.Essential Functions

Provide administrative support to the Service, Quality and Regulatory Affairs departments

Creating purchase order requests and ensuring accuracy

Submit invoices to Accounts Payable for payment

Monitor and track PO balances

Plan and schedule ongoing certifications, educational workshops, and trainings

Coordinate department lunches, functions and team building events

Support QA Compliance department with all audits

Maintain and order office supplies

Establish good rapport with outside vendors

Perform ad hoc administrative projects as needed

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma

Associate's Degree preferred

1-3 years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)

Proficiency with Teams

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$25.00 to $27.60
