Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a leading Company in Lexington, NC.

Shift:

1 st shift

8:00 am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday

Hour unpaid break

Temporary assignment only

Payrate:

$18-20/hr depending on experience

Weekly Pay every Friday

Duties

Greet visitors (a lot of external candidates coming into interview, consistent with the traffic at front desk)

Printing labels and ordering food

Accounts Payable duties

Organization and time management

In charge of scheduling interviews and assessment testing and interviews. Scheduling recruitment events at the High Schools and other organizations

Handle confidentiality

Requirement

High School Diploma

2-3 years of administrative assistance experience

Accounts payable experience a plus (willing to train)

Knowledge of Oracle and SAP a plus

Able to use MS outlook and teams
