What You'll Do
Be a Safety Champion: Put safety first in everything you do. Partner with EHS leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment.
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee shift production to meet and exceed goals for output, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure Quality Excellence: Monitor products for compliance with specifications and take swift action to resolve issues.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that reduce waste and boost performance.
Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to resolve equipment and material challenges.
Empower Your Team: Supervise and develop production employees, manage schedules, and create an environment where people thrive.
Build a High-Performance Culture: Foster teamwork, open communication, and accountability while promoting company values.

What We're Looking For
Required:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in operations, production supervision, or related fields OR 5+ years of equivalent experience in manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
