What does the role entail?

The responsibilities include overseeing the entire Rooms Division with the help of the Director of Rooms. Duties may also include training, staff development and scheduling.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Previous Rooms/Operations Management experience required

Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends and Holidays

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of Opera & Reserve

Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized

Candidates should possess proven leadership skills

The responsibilities include assisting in overseeing any area in the Rooms Division

Duties may also include training, staff development and scheduling

Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
