A Snapshot of Your Day

The Operational Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing service and project management contracts that support Hub Americas. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external partners. You will play a key role in advising on all aspects of the contract management process and will work closely with Procurement to ensure the successful delivery of essential services for Real Estate (RE) across the region.

This is a full-time position and may require occasional travel, up to 15%.

How You'll Make an Impact

Coordinateand manage Facility Management and Project Management contracts valued upto 50M, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractperformance.

Reportcritical metrics associated with suppliers for tactical contractmanagement and provide data inputs for Hub AM budgets.

Ensuredaily adherence to security guidelines and align with Property Managers onnew service initiatives prior to implementation.

Collaboratewith Procurement to negotiate local service contracts, and coordinate,control, and evaluate service and work delivery.

Definecontractual models with Real Estate partners, ensuring compliant tenderingin coordination with Procurement, while aligning services, criticalmetrics, and end-user experience with Global and RE Americas standards.

Deliverregular presentations to key partners and lead at least one NAM/LATAMresource to ensure strategic alignment and achievement of key performancemetrics.

What You Bring

Bachelor'sdegree or higher in Procurement, Business Management, Real Estate, Financeor applicable field

10years of experience of industry experience

Solidunderstanding of corporate real estate with the capability of bothadvising projects and providing hands-on support

Hands-onexperience in managing and coordinating internal and external customers

Provenability to independently manage and direct multiple projects in afast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently meeting deadlines whilenavigating complex challenges and collaborating with diverse teams andsenior leadership.

Strongcommunication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability topresent technical and financial topics to varied audiences; sophisticatedproficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a forward-thinkingapproach to drive continuous improvement.

Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States without theneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.

Mustbe available to work extended hours and weekends when needed based onproject needs; flexibility required
