8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

$24.00 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

Verify and match Purchase Orders, Packing Slips, and Invoices.

Prepare invoice deduction notices as needed.

Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries.

Process payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.

Print accounts payable reports and maintain organized AP files.

Prepare account analyses as required.

Assist with special projects and audit-related tasks.

Coordinate purging and transferring files in accordance with the record retention policy.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.

High integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.

Ability to remain focused and productive in a busy environment with frequent distractions.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Ability to create and interpret bar graphs.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

SAP experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

Quiet office environment.
