As a trusted HR partner, you'll work closely with departments that include both union and non-union employees. Your guidance will help leaders navigate employee relations, performance, and labor matters while contributing to a positive, people-focused culture.

What You'll Do

Partner with supervisors to create strong, motivated teams.

Contribute to collective bargaining and labor relations strategies that balance organizational goals with employee well-being.

Collaborate with HR and leadership to bring in great talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and support career growth.

Lead or contribute to projects and training that spark engagement, expand skills, and cultivate a culture where learning and collaboration thrive.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of HR experience; labor relations experience preferred.

Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and labor relations practices.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
