Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina NT, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the quote team to request and obtain pricing details as needed.

Provide accurate information to intake and quote teams while addressing any questions they may have.

Collaborate with the sales team and customers on various projects across all product lines, including participating in kickoff calls.

Administer and manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurately maintained.

Execute order management tasks efficiently, including processing orders and collecting payments or deposits where applicable.

Prepare tickets for orders, including console orders, within established timeframes.

Upload order information to customer portals and update relevant documents in shared drives.

Monitor and update shipping dates in the system, ensuring timely communication of any changes.

Conduct stock checks and provide customers with shipping notifications for direct ship orders.

Respond to inquiries by understanding program details for national accounts, hospitality, international, and private label clients. Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Proficiency in computer applications and systems, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.

Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.

High level of accuracy in processing orders and managing customer accounts.

Ability to work independently while being assertive and systematic in approach.

Experience in customer service, including order entry, answering calls, and account inquiries.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and sales support tools, such as Zendesk. TalentMatch®
