Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Perform allduties asassigned by supervision.

Pass "Joey" PIV operator training

Use "Joey" PIV truck tolocate, electronically scan and pick required components from assigned locations as printed on computer generated pick, replenishment lists or build sheets.

FollowassemblySOPs when building products including reporting exceptions, quality issues, and problems to supervision.

Master simple builds for decorative products consisting of combining components, installation guides, and re-labeling.

Master medium skill-level builds for decorative products including full assembly of components, handle swaps, gluing, water testing, and/or air testing.

Skills/Requirements

Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

Mustbe at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

1+yearof manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushingweight.

Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
