HR Coordinator

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. This contract position with the potential for long-term employment offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the Leave & Accommodation Management Team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and be capable of working collaboratively to meet team objectives.

Responsibilities:

Support the Leave & Accommodation Management Team by producing accurate and timely reports.

Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies to ensure departmental needs are met.

Create and maintain electronic filing systems to keep records organized and accessible.

Handle the sorting and distribution of incoming department mail.

Provide assistance on various team projects as they arise.

Participate in team meetings to stay informed and contribute to discussions.

Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support team operations. Requirements - Experience with leave of absence and absence management processes.

Strong ability to act as a liaison and maintain effective employee relations.

Knowledge of FMLA regulations and related compliance requirements.

Proficiency in providing administrative support with attention to detail.

Capability to assure compliance through audits and reporting.

Familiarity with managing vendor relationships in an HR @context.
