Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting year-end tax processes by managing high volumes of data entry and documentation tasks. This is a fully onsite position with a duration of approximately two weeks.

Responsibilities:

Process tax bills efficiently and accurately in alignment with project deadlines.

Scan, organize, and file tax-related documentation to ensure proper record-keeping.

Provide necessary information to the accounts payable team to facilitate timely payment of tax bills.

Access and retrieve data from property tax assessor websites to gather required details.

Input and update data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Requirements - Minimum of one year of experience in data entry or administrative support.

Ability to navigate tax assessor websites and utilize search engines effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and organization tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.

Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.

Reliable and capable of meeting tight deadlines during periods of increased workload.
