Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, inventory management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, lead times, and order accuracy.

Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to streamline processes and reduce costs.

Support implementation of supply chain systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare presentations and reports for management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Delavan, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
