?? Location: Oxford (Fully Onsite)

?? Compensation: $50,000-$62,000 DOE

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with 1 year of hands-on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small office environment, enjoys learning, and is eager to expand their skill set under the guidance of an experienced Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

Process AP and AR transactions accurately and efficiently

Assist with month-end tasks and account reconciliations

Process monthly and weekly billings

Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and clients in a professional manner

Qualifications:

1+ year of AP/AR experience required

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to work onsite full-time in a small, collaborative office

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Requirements
