Join us as our new Administrative Assistant and be the backbone that supports our ownership! Ideal candidates will have previous administrative and/or project management experience, and won't be shy to jump right in and help the team brainstorm new ways to make and already great group even more efficient.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7-4 or 8-5

Location: Birmingham, AL

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings; take meeting notes and distribute to appropriate teams.

Answer telephones, emails, and respond to client inquiries professionally.

Assist with tracking project progress and assist with financially-driven admin tasks.

Maintain accurate records.

Data entry and maintaining company databases

Requirements:

Previous admin experience in construction, electrical, or similar industries preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to handle confidential information; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

*Experience with project management and accounting-based software a plus.
