In this role, you'll support the Medical Vendor Administration by managing essential document workflows, including sorting incoming mail, imaging, filing, and archiving materials by @type. You'll ensure documents are accurately classified and transmitted to member accounts in a timely manner. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, and communicates professionally. You will also assist with special projects and provide support across the Correspondence Processing Unit (CPU)/CSU department as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail to ensure accurate processing within the department.
Image, file, and archive documents according to established procedures and document @type.
Review and classify documents to ensure accurate and timely transmission to member accounts.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with agency policies.
Assist with special projects and provide administrative support across the CPU/CSU department.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by administrative staff to support overall program operations.
