Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client during their busy season. This is a contract position through April, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing front desk operations and supporting administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries.

Organize and scan physical documents into electronic filing systems for easy access and record-keeping.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless calendar management.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Assist with processing and organizing of forms and documentation.

Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is well-stocked.

Support the team with general administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.

Collaborate with team members to uphold efficient office operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to handle scanning and electronic file management efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
