Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and career-minded Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Los Angeles County. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HVAC services primarily in commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Inspect and perform HVAC equipment repairs and replacements.

Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC.

Valid Driver's License.

EPA Universal Certification.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nate / School Certification.

Experience with VRF, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers is a plus.

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in commercial settings within Los Angeles County, with potential travel to nearby regions. The position requires starting shifts between 5-8 am, with 8-hour shifts and overtime as needed. On-call duties are required for one week every 2-3 months. The work environment requires adherence to safety standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chatsworth, CA 91311.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $124800.00/yr.
