Scrum Master With Banking Experience, Hybrid- W2 Contract Role

TEKsystems is working with a client of ours in search of a Sr. Project Manager/ Scrum Master (10+ years of overall experience within project management or scrum master duties). Ideal candidate would have good experience working within the financial services space, this is a long term W2 contract opportunity. Candidates must be able to work 2-3x a week onsite. Lead the coordination of delivery from planning through to execution across multiple teams

Create roadmaps and schedules, and communicates on a regular cadence with key stakeholders

Manage dependencies and risk for the teams

Manage the communications across the teams and to ensure that information is flowing up and down at the appropriate time

Monitor for impediments that arise

Plan and oversee product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.

Orchestrate workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.

This is a Contract position based out of Deerfield, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
