As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Osprey, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prestigious hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will engage with individuals on-site, providing exceptional customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas within the hotel and resort environment.

Report and document any unusual occurrences, incidents, or maintenance needs observed during patrols.

Assist guests and staff with inquiries and provide information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Work closely with location management and Allied Universal to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
