the above approved states. The opportunity The Modern Workplace
Administrator will report to Manager Enterprise Applications. The Modern
Workplace Administrator provides support and administration across
Microsoft 365 and SNHU-managed endpoints. You will focus on daily
operational tasks such as basic system configuration, device management,
and software deployments using tools like Microsoft Intune, MECM, and
JAMF. The Administrator responds to service requests, troubleshoots
end-user issues, and ensures digital experience across services within
the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment. Customer service, attention
to detail, and a collaborative attitude are important in this
entry-level role. You will work remotely from any of our approved
