A reputable civil litigation firm in Walnut Creek specializing in business and employment litigation is seeking newly barred attorneys eager to launch their legal careers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to complex cases in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all stages of business and employment litigation

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence

Support discovery, including drafting discovery requests/responses and reviewing document production

Attend hearings, meetings, and strategy sessions with senior attorneys

Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and trial preparation

Requirements

Newly barred in California (or awaiting bar results with experience considered)

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Interest in business and employment litigation

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively

Ability to work on-site in Walnut Creek
