Job Title: Property Relations and Yardi Manager- Atlanta Pay Grade: L Workplace: Hybrid- 1 day per week in office Travel: 5% Job Summary:
The Property Relations and Yardi Manager oversees landlord engagement and Yardi system operations for the Georgia Housing Voucher Program (GHVP) and ensures accurate data and reporting across GHVP and Adult Mental Health Residential Programs. The position is responsible for managing landlord onboarding, resolving escalated payment issues for GHVP, and maintaining reliable data within Yardi. This role also leads system training and technical education initiatives for internal staff and contracted providers statewide. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Supportive Housing and will work closely with the GHVP Program Manager and Residential Services Manager, reporting to the Director as needed.
The GHVP program distributes millions of dollars each month in rental subsidies to households in supportive housing across the state of Georgia. Ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative system and payment management system for GHVP is critical to the success of the program and ensuring housing stability for more than 2,000 households. In addition, this role will support the oversight of several dozen residential programs that provide transitional housing and supportive services to hundreds of individuals each year.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for landlord/vendor relationships within GHVP.
Manage onboarding processes and support landlords in establishing direct deposit.
Oversee Yardi data operations, reporting, documentation standards, and user access across both program areas.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated GHVP claims-related issues, including payment denials, corrections, and recoupments.
Review weekly GHVP claim reports and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Serve as lead point of contact for Bridge Funding claim inquiries, working directly with providers and the Georgia Collaborative ASO to achieve resolution. This requires interfacing with the Georgia Collaborative technology system.
Respond to Zendesk inquiries requiring advanced issue resolution and customer support.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quick reference guides for Yardi users.
Lead Yardi system training sessions for internal staff and external providers, ensuring adoption and accurate usage.
Build strong partnerships and communicate effectively with landlords, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy and audit readiness of program data and landlord records. Coordinate with Finance and Audit teams to ensure GHVP financial data accuracy within Yardi.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND one year of related professional experience in housing programs, vendor management, financial operations, property management, data systems administration, or a closely related field
Experience with Yardi Voyager, Zendesk, or comparable CRM/housing management systems
Experience in housing operations, landlord relations, or customer account management
Experience in moderate accounting and the review and explanation of financial ledger details, vendor/payment records, and/or account discrepancies
Experience supporting system users and delivering training or technical assistance
Proficiency in spreadsheet/data analysis, reporting, and dashboard generation
Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective action

Work Environment
Standard office environment with minimal travel required
