Payne + Dolan is currently seeking a Construction Survey Leader in Southeast Wisconsin. The Position: Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Construction Survey Leader will perform various land surveying functions on projects throughout Wisconsin. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare construction survey, machine control fee proposals, manage scope, budget and staffing needs Complete the monthly financial reporting workflows for construction survey related tasks Monitor performance data to maintain realistic production rates for survey tasks Oversee and develop survey team members to maximize their potential Operate land surveying tools (GNSS & Robotic Total Station) Prepare construction staking setups using AutoCAD Civil3D & Trimble Business Center Manage 3D machine control model development standards and review machine control models Lead construction survey and grade setting best practices training efforts Ability to work independently and as an active member of the team The Benefits: Team members at the Walbec Group are offered competitive pay and benefits that align with our values while supporting good health and a balanced life now and into the future.
