??? What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing, packaging, and shipping orders with precision

Organizing inventory and maintaining stock levels

Inspecting products for quality and accuracy

Managing incoming and outgoing shipments

Maximizing warehouse space for efficiency

Receiving, unloading, and placing inventory items

Verifying and fulfilling customer invoices

Following safety and hygiene protocols

Handling materials, picking, and loading tasks

?? What You Bring to the Table

Previous warehouse experience

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment

Familiarity with warehouse data systems

Physical ability to lift and move heavy items

Strong computer and data entry skills

A team-first attitude and excellent organizational skills

You'll be based in a clean, non-climate-controlled warehouse located on our client's manufacturing site. It's a hands-on role supporting production and logistics.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM with Overtime

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
