As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Tulsa, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the hotel and resort environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to maintain a visible presence and help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.

Support hotel staff and management by assisting with crowd control during events and/or busy periods as required.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
