We are seeking a Program Manager with experience in process automation and AI-driven workflows to join a dynamic team in one of the largest e-commerce organizations in the country! This role involves handling business approval processes and working towards automating these workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage business approval processes, working with partners to submit claims and proofs of performance, aiming to automate these tasks.

Set up compliance auditing frameworks to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.

Oversee cash claims management, including reviewing and validating partner submissions.

Execute automation for repetitive or manual tasks using familiarity with tools or platforms that streamline approval and auditing processes.

Essential Skills

3-5 years of experience in program management.

Proficiency in stakeholder management and process improvement.

Experience with automation, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and people skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable with process automation beyond basic workflows.

Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms, with some internal development underway.

Experience in financial or compliance-related processes.

Ability to implement tools that enhance visibility into claims and approvals.

Work Environment

This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The position involves collaborating with partners and internal teams to innovate and automate processes, creating a streamlined and efficient workflow.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
