As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. This is a primarily driving post, where you will remain visible throughout the property, respond to incidents, and communicate with clients and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity.

Communicate with site personnel and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Collaborate with other team members to maintain a security-related presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Primarily driving post is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
