Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to help to deter incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Control access to the location by verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Provide customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries and directions as needed.

Follow site-specific policies and procedures for access control and security-related situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate per site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.

Document and report any irregularities, security-related breaches, or incidents according to Allied Universal and site guidelines.

Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required during emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
