As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Entry in Phoenixville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a strong presence on site. You will provide outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

Day Time

Mon08:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Tue08:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Wed08:00 AM - 01:30 PM

Sun08:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.

Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards in accordance with site protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.

Operate and monitor security-related systems and/or equipment as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
