Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technician / Steady Hours and Competitive Pay!!

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment. This position involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical machine issues, performing emergency repairs, and executing work orders. You will be responsible for maintaining machine performance and safety, as well as performing changeover duties efficiently.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machine issues.

Perform emergency repairs and execute work orders.

Clean and lubricate machines as needed.

Communicate performance issues and repairs to the Group Lead or Production Supervisor.

Perform changeover duties efficiently, including mandrel changes and flame set-up.

Record production issues on shift reports.

Update the schedule board with equipment issues.

Maintain and clean color heads.

Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude

Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

Knowledge of printing machines and presses

Experience with plastics injection molding

Mechanical certification

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs

Ability to perform machine maintenance and changeovers

Work Environment

Work is performed in a production environment with moderate noise levels. The role requires heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Activities include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, gripping, grasping, and repetitive arm, wrist, and shoulder movements. This is a permanent position based out of Lees Summit, Missouri.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lees Summit, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
