As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in an automotive location, you will play an important role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a secure environment for everyone. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 03:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the location.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the automotive environment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees as required.

Follow all Allied Universal policies and procedures, as well as any site-specific instructions provided by the client.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
