Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX Stephenville, TX . The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience with Campus Services; catering and retail experience is a plus. This role oversees daily food operations, ensures safety and compliance, manages resources, and drives financial performance through Sodexo programs. The position also leads strategic projects, fosters client and staff relationships, and assumes General Manager responsibilities when needed.

What You Bring

have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively

have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance

can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service

prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed

demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
