As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, remaining visible, and offering exceptional customer service and communication, all while upholding our agile, reliable, and innovative values. Pay Rate: $18.24 / Hour

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, while assisting with emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate authorities and/or management.

Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
