LSU Health New Orleans Department of Parking Services is seeking motivated applicants for the position of Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, 3, or 4. The incumbent performs the day-to-day operational tasks required to run the parking operations at both the Downtown Complex and Dental School campuses and is directly responsible for the enforcement of parking rules and regulations.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Assist with parking registration process including dissemination of parking registration materials and collection of parking fees
Accurately enters data into the parking database
Issue parking citation for violation of parking rules and regulations
Reporting and investigate equipment malfunctions and lot problems
Operate/maintain parking truck for field operations
Initiate appropriate action regarding unpaid parking fines including linking of license plates to owners and sending of notices to owners

Hours of Operation:8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Appointment Type:Probationary Appointment
Compensation:Rate of Pay is dependent upon applicants' qualifications. This position is part of a CPG, a s part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a (Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, 3, or 4 ) depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s).
