Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our corporate team in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving efficiency in accounting processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Oversee month-end financial closings, including reconciliation and reporting.

Implement and maintain ERP systems to optimize accounting operations.

Coordinate billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting procedures.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Train and mentor accounting staff to enhance team performance.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ERP solutions.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions.

Experience with month-end closings and financial reporting.

Familiarity with auditing practices and procedures.

Skilled in using Great Plains (GPAC) or similar ERP platforms.

Ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable insights.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
