Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting administrative operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. If you are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the energy and natural resources industry.

Responsibilities:

Process and input customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to address proof of deliveries and invoices.

Collect relevant documentation from third-party vendors and match it with open orders in the system.

Update customer information in the database, including purchase orders, addresses, and job numbers.

Track and monitor deliveries, ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders.

Supervise and manage equipment contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.

Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and foster strong relationships.

Maintain a clear and organized record of delivered and invoiced orders.

Respond to inbound calls promptly, providing attentive and helpful assistance. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles, particularly in order management and data entry.

Strong ability to answer and manage inbound calls with careful attention to detail.

Familiarity with tracking equipment contracts and monitoring deliveries.

Proficiency in maintaining and updating databases with accurate information.

Effective communication skills to liaise with sales representatives, customers, and vendors.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
