Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sterling, Virginia. This role involves providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations while managing various administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy reference.

Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and analyze spreadsheets.

Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word.

Manage email communication and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

Maintain and update calendars to support efficient time management.

Assist in general office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Ability to coordinate meetings and manage schedules effectively.
