Global Supply Chain Proposal Lead

This role will lead the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team as the proposal lead for the Multi-Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) team. MDMS includes HELLFIRE, JAGM, M299 Launcher and Precision Strike Missile. This role will lead all GSC proposal aspects and work closely with program leadership, GSC team and USG customer.

This role will report to the CCS Proposal Manager.

What You Will Be Doing

As the GSC Proposal Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for leading GSC proposal efforts, developing supplier RFP templates, and coordinating cost analysis and negotiation strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and overseeing GSC proposal activities, including timely submissions and compliance with regulations

Developing supplier RFP templates and leading central procurement proposal kickoff meetings

Coordinating cost analysis and negotiation strategies, including historical cost data analysis and trend modeling

Collaborating with internal and external customers, including Sr. Management and customer representatives

This role requires at least 2 days per week onsite in the Orlando, FL office

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
