Description We are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant to support a scanning project in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This contract position requires attention to detail and efficiency to ensure the accurate digitization of lease files. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment and possess strong clerical skills.

Responsibilities:

Scan lease files with precision and accuracy, ensuring all documents are properly digitized.

Organize and categorize files to facilitate easy access within the electronic system.

Perform general clerical tasks to support the office during the project.

Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate contacts.

Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure smooth scanning operations. Requirements - Proven experience in receptionist or clerical roles.

Strong ability to handle document scanning and organization tasks.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in file management.

Effective communication skills for answering calls and providing assistance.
