The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications - from the credit cards in our customers' wallets to their essential statements and letters. We build the cutting-edge platform capabilities that ensure these billions of pieces of correspondence are produced and delivered seamlessly.As a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team, you won't just manage; you'll innovate. You'll own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch, specifically driving the modernization of the core technology that powers our credit card production. You'll be a central figure, collaborating across diverse teams, including Software Engineers and Architects to key partners in Supply Chain, Operations, and various business stakeholders. Your mission will be to deeply understand both internal and external customer needs, translating them into innovative new capabilities that not only optimize but transform our credit card production.We're seeking a visionary Product Manager who blends robust product management expertise with a keen understanding of data systems, processing, and, most importantly, user needs. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate strong matrixed leadership across numerous internal and external partners will be crucial to your success.Capital One Product FrameworkIn this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:- Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions- Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence- Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value- Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks- Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignmentBasic Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: - A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) - A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred Qualifications:- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this positionThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
