Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ossipee, New Hampshire. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing essential administrative support and delivering excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys contributing to team success.

Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound phone calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.

Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to maintain organized records.

Greet and assist customers and visitors, addressing their needs with a friendly attitude.

Support office operations by handling administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and goals are met.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate productivity.

Assist with receptionist duties, including managing the front desk and directing inquiries.

Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.

Collaborate with staff to improve office processes and workflows.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Customer service experience with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
