?? NOW HIRING: WILL CALL COORDINATOR - Short Term Opportunity! ??

Where customer smiles, accuracy counts, and perfect labels are all in a day's work!

Shift: 8am-4:30pm M-F

Pay: $18.50

Length of Job: 3 months plus

Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, enjoys helping people, and feels a deep sense of accomplishment when everything is labeled just right ? Then we want YOU as our next Will Call Coordinator !

Step into the heartbeat of our Customer Service team and become the friendly face (or voice!) that customers, vendors, and teammates rely on. You'll help ensure orders are accurate, customers are happy, and shipments get where they need to go-whether it's across the dock or across the country.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Will Call superstar, you'll:

? Create a smooth and cheerful pick-up experience for customers and associates

? Work your admin magic-calls, paperwork, data entry, oh my!

? Show off your math skills by verifying counts and ensuring quality

? Be a communication pro with customers, vendors, and coworkers

? Keep food safety (HACCP!) top-of-mind in everything you do

? Prep shipments, generate FedEx labels, coordinate couriers, and more

? Support special programs

? Jump in wherever needed-teamwork makes the dream work!

? WHAT YOU BRING

? High School Diploma or GED

? A positive attitude and a passion for great customer service

? Strong organizational and communication skills

? A love for accuracy-details matter!

Bonus points if you have:

? 1-3 years of warehouse, foodservice distribution, or customer service experience

? Solid computer skills

? The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
