Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday Day shift

Pay Rate: $22+/hr

Part-time position, approximately 30 hours a week with the potential for full-time in the future .

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.

Performing data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient office operations.

Assisting with bookkeeping tasks and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks applications.

Possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
