Part Time Administrative Assistant

Overview:

We are currently hiring for a part time administrative assistant for a long term contract.

Description:

Data Entry.

Answering emails.

Creating and pulling reports.

Some data analysis.

Supporting talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience.

Candidate should have solid experience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel for tracking data and pulling reports.

Solid customer service and attention to detail to ensure first time quality are critical.

Responding to requests with a sense of urgency will ensure success in this role.

Prior recruiting, talent acquisition and/or HR experience would be beneficial in this role.

Additional Information:

Part time position. Currently set for 20-25 hours a week.

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr.

1 step interview process

Long term contract.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
