Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Associate- Invoice to Cash

A Day in the Life

At L'Oréal Operations, we create innovative, inclusive, and sustainable beauty together with our business partners by designing, developing, sourcing, manufacturing, and distributing over 6 billion products globally every year. Supporting over 36 brands across four L'Oréal divisions, we act responsibly all along the value chain.

Join the Invoice to Cash team for a 12-month paid internship where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations that keep our supply chain running. You will work across Finance, Sales and Supply Chain with multiple managers and cross-functional partners; team size varies.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Financial Operations: Support accounts receivable tasks, payment processing, and deduction research to ensure billing accuracy.

Reporting & Analysis: Help prepare I2C reports and analyze customer account data to identify trends and discrepancies.

Process Improvement & Tech: Contribute to projects to standardize and automate I2C workflows using ERP tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve account issues and improve service.

We Are Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have recently earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree (0-2 years of experience).

Possess strong analytical skills (an engineering degree is a plus).

Are proficient in Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Are a strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Have a customer-service mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence.
