As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Specialist in Tolleson, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual situations encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at the location.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
