As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Desk in Coatesville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your presence and attention to detail will help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and communication will support a positive experience for everyone on site. What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with security-related inquiries and site-specific procedures.

Follow established site-specific policies and procedures, including responding to alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal management and/or local emergency personnel as needed.

Maintain a visible presence at key access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment for all personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
