As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Louisville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity observed during patrols.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and visitors while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Follow all company and client protocols, including those related to health, well-being, and emergency response.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
